Spring Term A.D. 1889
      Friday June 14th 1889 -
absence a Justice of the Peace the Sheriff and the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of Alachua County do
forthwith draw from the Box containing the list of the
Three Hundred selected Jurors the names of Eighteen
persons to serve as Pettit Jurors for the 7th week
of this term, It is further ordered that a Venire
Facias do issue out of this Court directing and
commanding the Sheriff of Alachua County to Summon
said Eighteen persons so drawn to appear before the Court
at the Court House in the City of Gainesville on Monday the
17th day of June A.D. 1889 at the hour of ten oclock of the
forenoon of said day to serve as Pettit Jurors for the
7th week of this Term -

                      And now the parties plaintiff
and defendant being in open Court by their respective
attorneys as also the Jury who had been duly Sworn
and empanelled herein and who heard a part of the
evidence on yesterday to wit, S.B. Torlay  C.C. Pedrick
F.E. Cellon  J.A. Simonton  J.E. Haynesworth  W.K.
Bartleson the hearing of this Cause was resumed
and the Jury aforesaid after hearing a further part
of the evidence

Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at nine oclock
