the hearing of this Cause was resumed and the
Jury aforesaid after hearing the balance of
the evidence

Whereupon the Court adjourned until Monday
Morning next at ten oclock

Spring Term  A.D. 1889
     Monday June 17th 1889 -
The Court met this day His Honor J.J. Finley
Judge presiding
And now
       Comes Samuel H. Wienges Sheriff of
Alachua County and returns the Venire Facias
issued out of this Court on the 14th Instant
as having been duly executed by summoning
J.W. Brown  H.J. Bailey  Vandyke H. Ellis E.G.
Spencer W.D. Futch  J.J. Barr  James A. Fason
A.S. Henderson  L. Klein  Z.T. Smallwood J.N.
Osteen  L.A. Jernigan  W.C. Conyers  Leroy N.
Pearce  O.B. Bryant, and that A.S. Wilkerson
A.R. Scruggs J.F.P. Johnston are not to be found
in the County,

Whereupon the Court for good Cause shown excused
J.M. Brown W.D. Futch A.S. Henderson L. Klein
L.A. Jernigan and W.C. Conyers from further
attendance upon the Court -

John R. Zetrouer } Hampton & King & King
                   And now again the parties
plaintiff and Defendant being in open Court
by their respective attorneys as likewise the
Jury who had been duly sworn and empanelled
herein on the 13th Inst to wit:- S.B. Torlay C.C. Priest
F.E. Cellon J.A. Simonton J.E. Haynesworth  W.K.
Bartleson the Jury aforesaid after hearing the
Argument of Counsel and the Charge of the Court
retired to consider of their verdict with Instruc-
tions to being in a sealed Docket on tomorrow
morning -
