And now the parties plaintiff
and defendant being in open Court by
their respective attorneys - as also the Jury who
had been duly sworn and empanelled in this
cause on the 13th Instant and who retired to consider
of their verdict on yesterday to wit: S.B. Torlay
C.C. Pedrick, F.E. Cellon J.A. Simonton J.E. Haynesworth
W.K. Bartleson and now in open Court Comes the
Jury aforesaid renders the following verdict
to wit: -

We the Jury find the Defendant
not guilty So Say we all This 17th day of June

Whereupon it is ordered Considered and

be hence dismissed without day and that
the Plaintiff receive nothing it is also ordered
Considered and adjudged by the Court that
