Spring Term A.D. 1889
        Tuesday June 18th 1889 -
day this Cause came on to be heard and the party
plaintiff being in open Court by their attys and
the Defendant being And the issues being joined
a Jury was called and there came H.J. Bailey James
A. Fason Z.T. Smallwood J.H. Osteen O.B. Bryant Samuel
Abbott who were duly sworn and empanelled to well
and truly assess the damages according to the evidence
and thereafter after hearing the evidence and
the charge of the Court - retired to consider of their
verdict and thereafter on the Same day returned
into open Court and rendered the following verdict
to wit:- We the Jury find a verdict for the plaintiff
in the sum of One hundred and Seventy five
& 75/100 Dollars        Saml Abbott
175 75/100              Foreman of Jury -
Whereupon it is ordered Considered and ad-
judged by the Court that the plaintiff do
have and recover of and from the defendant
the sum of One hundred and Seventy five
75/100 Dollars for their damages together with
their costs in this behalf expended taxed at
~~~~~~~~~~~ Seven Dollars and Eighty five
cents.

day this cause came on to be heard and the

came H.J. Bailey E.G. Spencer James A. Fason
Z.T. Smallwood J.H. Osteen Leroy N. Pearce
who were duly sworn and empanelled to well
and truly try the issues joined according to the
evidence and thereafter after hearing the evidence
and a part of the argument

Whereupon the Court adjourned until
tomorrow morning at nine oclock
