                    And now this Cause Came
on to be heard and the parties plaintiff and
Defendants being in open Court by their
respective attorneys and now the issues being
joined a Jury was called and there
came Vandyke H. Ellis  J.J. Barr  O.B. Bryant
O.D. Morris  W.W. Scott  W.B. Patterson who
were duly sworn and empanelled to well
and truly try the issues joined according to the
evidence - and thereafter after hearing apart
of the evidence

Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at nine Oclock

and Defendants being in open Court by their
respective attorneys as also likewise the Jury
who had been duly Sworn and empanelled herein
on yesterday to wit: Vandyke H Ellis J.J. Barr O.B. Bryant
O.D. Morris W.W. Scott W.B. Patterson the hearing of
this Cause was resumed and the Jury aforesaid
after hearing the balance of the evidence the
argument of Counsel and the Charge of the Court
retired to consider of their verdict and thereafter
