Spring Term A.D. 1889
Thursday June 20th 1889 -
on the same day returned into open Court and
rendered the following verdict to wit:-
We the Jury do not believe contract was broken
by Defendant & that Plaintiff is not entitled
to amount claimed unless Contract is
Complied with so say we all

Whereupon it is ordered Considered and
adjudged by the Court that the Defendants
be dismissed without day and that said
Defendants do have and recover of and from
the Plaintiff the sum of
