been tried at this term of the Court and notice of
appeal duly given by  defendant and defendant
now asking time in which to prepare and perfect
its Bill of Exceptions and Counsel for Plff consenting
thereto, It is^in open Court^ordered that said
defendant be given until October first next
to perfect its Bill of exceptions
