   Tuesday December 10th 1889 -
to the Sheriff of Alachua County Commanding him
to summon Ten (10) good and lawful men forth-
with to serve as Grand Jurors for this the Fall
Term of our Circuit Court A.D. 1889 -
In open Court Dec 10th 1889

Whereupon
        Comes J.A. Carlisle Clerk of this
Court and issues a Venire Facias
under the seal of our Circuit Court
as by the order of the Court directed

And now comes Samuel H. Wienges
Sheriff of Alachua County and returns
the Venire Facias for the Petit Jury for the
1st Week of the Fall Term A.D. 1889 as
having been executed by Summoning
W.W. Brice  J.A. Crosby J.T. Wooks - W.J.
Mathews  J.B. Kennard  J.I. Holbrook and
Thos N. Gardner and that A.M. Grainger
is not to be found in the County

Whereupon the Court for good Cause shown
excused J.A. Crosby  J.B. Kennard and
Thos N. Gardner from further attendance
on the Court

Whereupon the Court adjourned until
nine oclock tomorrow morning
