Whereupon the Court asked the Grand Jury if
they were content that the Court should
alter a matter of Form and not a matter of
substance to which they assented

Whereupon the Court issued the following orders
to wit:  In the Court of sessions
It is ordered that the Cases continued over until
next week stand adjourned until said 2nd Week
of this term 1881 and that Jurors be drawn at once
for next term consisting of 18 persons to Serve as
petit Jurors for this term   J.B. Dawkins
2nd Decbr 1881           Judge &c

Whereupon the County Judge, Sheriff and Clerk of
this Court drew form the Box containing the
list of Three hundred Selected Jurors in open
Court the following named persons to serve as
petit Jurors for the second Week of this Term
to wit: 1. A.J. Bauknight 2 Stephen Dampier 3 Charles
