Fall Term  A.D. 1889
      Thursday December 12th 1889
joined a Jury was called and there
Came W.W. Brice, J.T. Woods W.J. Mathews
J.I. Holbrook Charles E. Johnston and W.R.
Mils who were duly Sworn and empanelled
to well and truly try the issues joined according
to the evidence and thereafter hearing the evidence
the argument of Counsel and the Charge of
the Court retired to consider of their
verdict and thereafter on the Same day
returned into open Court and rendered the
following verdict to wit:
J.T. Faircloth   }
       vs        }  Replevin
C.F. Jolly       }  We the Jury find the
defendant Guilty so say we all
Dec 12th 1889    }      W.J. Matthews

Whereupon it is ordered Considered and
adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff
do have and recover of and from the said
defendant the property mentioned in the
Plaintiffs Declaration to wit: The Forty Thousand
Sawed Cypress and pine Shingles and the
Five Thousand feet of Sawed Pine lumber
And also that a writ of possession do
issue in favor of the Plaintiff against the
Defendant for the return of said property
and also that the Plaintiff do have and
recover of and from the Defendant his Costs
in this behalf expended taxed at
      Dollars and              cents -

Whereupon the Court adjourned until
tomorrow morning at nine oclock

By authority of plaintiff we hereby cancell this
Judgment the same having been compromised
and settled Jany 16th 1890    Taylor & Carter
