The Court met this day pursuant to
adjournment of yesterday His Honor J.J.
Finley Judge presiding =

                                  And now on
this day this this Cause came on to be
heard and the Parties plaintiffs and Defendant
being in open Court by their respective
attorneys and the issues being joined and
now comes the Defendant by his attorney and
in open Court by leave of the Court with-
draws his pleas filed herein, Whereupon
it is ordered Considered and adjudged by
the Court that the Plaintiff do have
Judgment by default against the
Defendant and the Clerk is ordered
to assess the damages - Whereupon the
Clerk having assessed the damages
at One hundred and ninety three 88/100
($19388) Dollars by the Court that the Plaintiff
do have and recover of and from the defendant
the Sum of One hundred and Ninety Three
88/100 ($193 88/100) Dollars for their damages
together with their costs in this behalf
expended taxed at Four 47/100 Dollars
and the Defendant in mercy &c -

Whereupon the Court adjourned until
Ten oclock tomorrow morning
