being duly Sworn says that he is well acquainted
with the Petitioner John Danson and that said John
Danson has resided within the United States of America
for more than five years Continuously immediately
preceeding this date and that said John Danson
has resided within the State of Florida for more than
a year Prior to this date M.L. Lambdin

Citizenship of the United States who being duly
Sworn says and declares on oath that he will sup-
port the Constitution of the United States of America
and that he absolutely and entirely renounces and abjures
all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince
Potentate State or Sovereignty of which he was before
a Citizen or subject and particularly to her Majesty
Queen Victoria queen of England and Empress of
India John Danson

The within named John Danson having satisfied
the Court by proof that he has complied with
the provisions and requirements of the laws of the United
States to entitle him to be admitted to Citizenship
of the United States and in the presence of the Court
he having taken and subscribed the foregoing Oath
of Allegiance to the United States it is hereby ordered
that the said John Danson be and he is hereby ad-
mitted to be a Citizen of the United States of
America and he is hereby declared to be such Citizen
