Plaintiffs and from an examination of said
John G. Nichols that no part of the demand
Sued on has been paid either to the Plaintiffs
or to any one for their use and also that the
defendants are indebted to the Plaintiffs
in the Sum of Two hundred and Ten 87/100
($210 87/100) Dollars - It is therefore ordered
considered and adjudged by the Court
that the Plaintiffs do have and recover of
and from the Defendants the Sum of
Two hundred and Ten 87/100 ($210 87/100) dollars
for their damages together with their Costs
in this behalf expended Taxed at
Nine --- Dollars and Eighteen Cents

                         and now this Cause
came on to be heard on a motion to strike
the Defendants Plea filed herein and for an
order for a Default Judgment; and now comes
the Parties Plaintiff and after arraignment had
thereon it is ordered and adjudged by the Court
that the motion to Strike Defendants Pleas be
granted and also that a Judgment by Default
be rendered herein and that a writ of
enquiry be awarded it is therefore ordered
considered and adjudged by the Court that
the Plaintiff do have this his Judgment
by default against the Defendant for want
of plea --

Whereupon the Court adjourned until
tomorrow morning at Ten oclock
