The Court met this day his Honor J.J.
Finley Judge presiding.
In this matter of Presentment
of F.E. Hughes for comtempt
And now
this matter came on to be heard and after
argument had therein and the court having
advised of his opinion doth decide that
F.E. Humphries is guilty of the comtempt as
Presented by the Grand Jury.
Whereupon the court sentenced the said
F.E. Hughes to pay a fine of Fifty dollars
together with the costs of these proceedings-

The Grand Jury came into open Court
