   Saturday December 21st 1889
And now comes W.H. Wigg State attorney
by leave of the Court first had and in
open Court files the following Information
of the State of Florida }
           vs           }  Having a weapon
Beauregard Cumming      }  concealed on and about
                           his person
State Witness
       Gordon W. Wienges
               William H. Wigg
                     State attorney

Whereupon the Court adjourned until
Two oclock of the afternoon of
Thursday January 9th 1890 -

Fall Term A.D. 1889
    Thursday January 9th 1890
The Court met this day pursuant
to adjournment of December 21st 1889 -
His Honor J.J. Finley Judge presiding
Whereupon
     The Court issued the following order
to wit:-
     It appearing to the Court that there
is a necessity for a Pettit Jury for the
4th week of this the fall Term of A.D. 1889
It is therefore ordered that the County Judge
or in his absence a Justice of the Peace
the Sheriff and the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Alachua County do forthwith
draw from the box Containing the names
of the Three hundred selected Jurors Eighteen
(18) persons to Serve as Pettit Jurors for the
4th Week of this term and that the Clerk
of this Court do issue a Venire Facias
to the Sheriff of Alachua County Com-
manding him to summon the said Eighteen
persons to be and appears before the Judge
of our Circuit at the Court House in the
City of Gainesville on Monday the 13th
day of January A.D. 1890 at the hour of
ten oclock of the forenoon of said day
to Serve as Pettit Jurors for the 4th week
