      came on to be heard William H. Wigg 
      State attorney prosecuting in the name 
      and by the authority of the State of Florida 
      and the prisoner appearing in open Court in 
      her proper person was forthwith demanded
      how she would acquit herself of the Charge
      against her saith that she is not guilty 
      as the Indictment alleges against her and
      for good and evil she puts herself upon God
      and the Country for trial
