                           And now on this day this
       Cause Came on to be heard William H. Wigg
       State attorney prosecuting in the name and by
       the authority of the State of Florida and the
       Prisoner appearing in open Court in his proper
       person was forthwith demanded how he would
       acquit himself of the Charge against him saith
       that he is not guilty as the Indictment alleges
       against him and for good and evil he puts
       himself upon God and the Country for trial

       John Randolph    } about his person
                          And now this Cause came on
       to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting
       in the name and by the authority of the State of Florida
       And the prisoner appearing in open Court in his
       proper person was arraigned and upon his
       arraignment saith that he is not guilty as the
       Indictment alleges and for good and evil
       he puts himself upon God and the Country for trial

       prosecuting in the name and by the authority
       of the State of Florida and the prisoner appear-
       ing in open Court in her proper person was

       herself of the Charge against her saith that
       She is not guilty as the Indictment alleges
       against her and for good and evil she
       puts herself upon God and the Country for
       trial -
