       Fall Term A.D. 1889
         Wednesday January 15th 1890
       The Court met this day His Honor J.J. Finley
       Judge presiding

       State of Florida }  Wigg
22 #           vs       }  assault with intent to
       Angus Morrison   }  Murder -
                              Ashby & Thrasher
                             And now on this day this
       Cause came on to be heard William H. Wigg State
       attorney prosecuting in the name and by the
       authority of the State of Florida and the prisoner
       appearing in open Court in his proper person
       as well as by his attorneys - was arraigned and
       upon his arraignment saith that he is guilty
       of assault and Battery -

       State of Florida }  Wigg
# 27            vs      }  Breaking and entering a buil-
       Daniel Wilson    }  ding in night time with
                        }  intent to commit a misdemeanor
                            And now this Cause Came
       on to be further heard William H. Wigg State
       Attorney prosecuting in the name and by
       the authority of the State of Florida and the
       prisoner appearing in open Court in his
       proper person and now comes the prisoner
       who had been arraigned herein on yesterday
       and by leave of the Court withdraws his plea
       of not guilty and saith that he is guilty as
       the Indictment alleges against him

              vs        }  Sentence
       Daniel Wilson    }
                        And now the prisoner being
       in open Court for sentence was demanded
       if he had anything to say why sentence
       should not be passed upon him saith
       nothing, Whereupon the Court sentenced the
       prisoner Daniel Wilson to confinement in
       the States Prisoner at hard labor for the term
       of six months.
