Whereupon the Court issued the following order
to wit:
    It appearing to the Court that there is a ne-
cessity for a Pettit Jury for the 5th week of this the
Fall Term A.D. 1889 - of our Circuit Court it is ordered
that the County Judge or in his absence a Justice of the
Peace The Sheriff and the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of Alachua County do draw from the Box Containing the
list of Three hundred selected Jurors the names of
Eighteen (18) persons to serve as Pettit Jurors for the 5th
week of this term and that the Clerk of this Court
do issue a Venire Facias directed to the Sheriff of the
County Commanding him to Summon the said
Eighteen persons so drawn to be and appear before
the Judge of our Circuit Court on Monday January
20th A.D. 1890 at the hour of ten oclock of the
forenoon of said day to serve as Pettit Jurors
