And now this Cause is
transferred to the absentee docket.
State of Florida } Wigg
# 53 vs } Having a weapon Concealed
John Randolph } on and about his person
} Palmer -
And now this Cause Came
on to be heard to be further heard and
William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting
in the name and by the authority of the
State of Florida and the Prisoner who had
been arraigned herein on the 13th instant
being in open Court in his proper person as
well as by his attorney W.H. Palmer. Whereupon a
Jury was called and there came C.L. Minter
J.B. Mixson A.J. Bates, Phillip Miller Henry
Kellum C.J. Mixson who were duly Sworn
and empanelled to well and truly try the
difference pending according to the evidence
And thereafter after being the evidence the
argument of Counsel and the Charge of the
Court retired to consider of there verdict
and thereafter on the Same day returned into
open Court and rendered the following verdict
to wit We the Jury find the prisoner Guilty
