     on to be further heard William H. Wigg
     state attorney prosecuting in the name and by
     the authority of the state and the prisoner
     James M. Parkinson who had been duly arr-
     aigned herein on the 20th inst and being
     in open Court in his proper person as well
     as by his attorneys S.L. Carter and E.C.F. Sanchez
     as likewise the Jurors who had been selected
     here on yesterday to wit: 1 C.E. Winter
