open Court. Whereupon the empanelling
of the Jury in this Cause is continued
and there came C.L. Minter A.J. Bates, Henry
Kellum J.A. Johnson W.H. Shehee C.C. Townsend
W.N. Tillman S.D. Tillman John Holly -
John Chesnut Geo B. Evans James F.P. Johnston
and now comes the state and before the
Jury in this cause is Sworn in Chief and Chal-
lenges J.S. Johnson W.G. Shehee and James
F.P. Johnston - and now comes in lieu of the
Jurors challenged Geo B. Cellon, James R. Hague
and R.H. Hall W.E. Johnson - and now Comes
the Defendant by his Attorneys and Chal-
lenges before the Jury is Sworn in Chief Henry
Kellum - and now comes R.H. Hall in
lieu of Henry Kellum - and now both the
State and the Defendant by his Attorneys
being Content there came as Jurors in this
Cause 1- C.L. Minter 2 A.J. Bates 3 C.C. Townsend
4 W.N. Tillman 5 S.D. Tillman 6. John Holly
7 John Chesnut 8 Geo B. Evans 9 Geo B. Cellon
10 J.R. Hague 11 W.E. Johnson 12 R.H. Hall who
were duly sworn and empanelled to well and
truly try and true deliverance make between the
State of Florida and the prisoner at the bar ac-
cording to the evidence -
Whereupon the Court fined T.G. Slade
Five dollars for Contempt of Court
Whereupon the Court adjourned until
tomorrow morning at nine oclock
