this cause came on to be further heard
William H. Wigg State Attorney prosecuting
in the name and by the authority of the
State of Florida and the prisoner
James M. Parkerson being in open Court
in his proper person as well as by his
attys S.L. Carter and E.C.F. Sanchez as also
likewise the Jury who had been duly
Sworn and empanelled herein on yes-
terday to wit C.L. Minter A.J. Bates C.C.
Townsend, W.N. Tillman S.D. Tillman
John Holly John Chesnut, Geo B. Evans -
Geo B, Cellon J.R. Hague - W.E. Johnson
and R.H. Hall being also in open Court
and the Jury aforesaid after hearing a
part of the evidence -
Whereupon the Court adjourned until
tomorrow morning at nine Oclock
