         Wednesday January 22nd 1890
       The Court met this day pursuant to ad-
       journment of yesterday his Honor J.J. Finley
       Judge presiding

       Whereupon come William H. Wigg State attorney
       and by leave of the Court and in open
       Court files the following Information of
       The State of Florida }
                 vs         }  Having a weapon Concealed
       Theo G. Slade        }  on and about his person
                          State Witness
                                  B.F. Dawkins
                       William H. Wigg
                                  State attorney
       State of Florida   }  Wigg & C.L. Fildes
# 1            vs         }         Murder
       James M. Parkerson }  S.L. Carter & E.C.F. Sanchez
                          }  And now on this day
       this cause came on to be further heard
       William H. Wigg State Attorney prosecuting
       in the name and by the authority of the
       State of Florida and the prisoner
       James M. Parkerson being in open Court
       in his proper person as well as by his
       attys S.L. Carter and E.C.F. Sanchez as also
       likewise the Jury who had been duly
       Sworn and empanelled herein on yes-
       terday to wit C.L. Minter  A.J. Bates  C.C.
       Townsend, W.N. Tillman  S.D. Tillman
       John Holly  John Chesnut, Geo B. Evans -
       Geo B, Cellon  J.R. Hague - W.E. Johnson
       and R.H. Hall being also in open Court
       and the Jury aforesaid after hearing a
       part of the evidence -

       Whereupon the Court adjourned until
       tomorrow morning at nine Oclock
