Came on to be heard William H. Wigg State
attorney prosecuting in the name and by
the authority of the State of Florida and
the prisoner appearing in open Court in
his proper and now the prisoner being
arraigned upon his arraignment saith
that he is guilty as the Indictment alleges
against them

                  And now the prisoner
being in open Court for sentence was
demanded if he had any thing to say
why sentence should not be passed
upon him saith nothing whereupon the
Court sentenced the prisoner to Confinement
in the County Jail at hard labor for the
term of Two (2) months =

Jim Sikes        } Concealed on and about
                 } his person
                 } And now this Cause
Came on to be heard William H.

And the prisoner appearing in open Court
in his proper person as well as by his
attorney James McConnel Esqr and now
the prisoner was arraigned and upon his
arraignment saith that he is guilty as
the Indictment alleges against him -

Whereupon the Court adjourned until
tomorrow morning at nine oclock
