The Court met this day His Honor J.J. Finley
Judge presiding

It appearing to the Court that there is a necessity
for a Petit Jury for the sixth week of this the Fall
Term A.D. 1889 of our Circuit Court It is therefore
ordered that the County Judge or in his absence
a Justice of the Peace, The Sheriff and the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of Alachua County do forthwith
and in open Court draw from the Box Containing the
list of Three Hundred Selected Jurors the names
of Eighteen (18) persons to Serve as Petit Jurors for
the (6th) Sixth week of this Term and also that
the Clerk of this Court is ordered to issue a
Venire directed to the Sheriff of Alachua County
Commanding him to Summon the said Eighteen
(18) persons so drawn to be and appear before the
Judge of our Circuit Court on Monday the 27th
day of January A.D. 1890 at the Court House in
the City of Gainesville at the hour of ten oclock
of the forenoon of said day to Serve as Petit
Jurors for the 6th Week of this term

Whereupon
         Comes J.C. Gardner County Judge Samuel
H. Wienges Sheriff and J.A. Carlisle Clerk of the
Circuit Court of Alachua County and in open
Court draws from the Box Containing the list of
Three hundred selected Jurors the following
named Eighteen (18) persons as by the order of
the Court directed to wit: 1 T.C. Beck 2 Joseph
Monassee 3 A.H. Priest 4 I.T. Guinn 5 Geo W. Stroble
6 W.C. Hague, 7 R.M. Davis, 8. Julius W. Thomas
9 F.E. Cellon 10 C.W. Forster 11. T.M. Cauthen
12 P.W. Cato 13 W.R. Ensign, 14 R.M. Thomas -
15 A.L. McRae 16 J.E. Futch 17. T.M. Kirby 18
T.W. Downing
Whereupon
       Comes J.A. Carlisle Clerk of the Court
and in open Court issued the venire as
by the order of the Court directed
