         Friday January 24th 1890
       that he is guilty as the Indictment alleges
       against him

       State of Florida   }
              vs          }  Sentence
       Beauregard Cummings}  and now the prisoner
       being in open Court for sentence was demanded
       if he had any thing to say why sentence
       should not be passed upon him saith nothing
       Whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner to
       pay a fine of Ten dollars together with the
       Costs of this prosecution -

       State of Florida }
# 65          vs        }
       Robert Perkins   }  and now this Cause is nol
                             prosed on motion of the
       State.

       State of Florida }
# 71          vs        }
       G.W. McKiney     }  and now this Cause is Continued

       Whereupon the Court adjourned until
       tomorrow morning at nine oclock

                        } And now the prisoner
       being in open Court for sentence was

       him saith nothing whereupon the Court
       sentenced the prisoner to pay a fine of
       Ten Dollars together with the Costs of this
       prosecution
       Whereupon the Court adjourned until Monday morning
       at Ten Oclock
