presiding -
And now comes Samuel H. Wienges Sheriff of Alachua
County and returns the Venire Facias for the
Petit Jury for the 6th Week of this term as
having been duly executed by serving T.C. Beck

Hague Julius W. Thomas, F.E. Cellon, C.W. Forster
T.M. Cauthen, W.P. Ensign A.L. McRae T.M. Kirby
I.T. Guinn P.W. Cato - T.W. Downing R.M. Davis, J.E. Futch
Whereupon the Court for good Cause shown
excused T.C. Beck F.E. Cellon, R.M. Thomas
A.L. McRae and J.E. Futch from further
attendance on the Court -

And now this cause came
on to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney
prosecuting in the name and by the authority
of the State of Florida and the prisoner Andrew
J. Collins who had been arraigned herein on the
16th day of January A.D. 1890 being in open Court
in his proper person as well as by his attorneys
C.L. Fildes, S.Y. Finley & Taylor & Carter, the hearing of
of this cause was resumed and a Jury was called
and there came Geo W. Stroble, W.C. Hague
Julius W. Thomas C.W. Forster, and now the
regular panel is exhausted.

that a Special Venire of thirty five Jurors be
selected by lot under the immediate supervision
