Whereupon came A.L. McRae Justice of the Peace
Saml H. Wienges Sheriff and J.A. Carlisle Clerk of the
Circuit Court of Alachua County and in open Court
and under the immediate supervision of the Court and
draw from the box containing the list of selected Jurors
for the County the following named Thirty five persons
as by the order of the Court directed to wit:

Whereupon Comes J.A. Carlisle Clerk of this Court
and in open Court issues the Venire Facias
as by the Court ordered returnable to Wednesday
morning at ten oclock A.M. Jany 29th A.D. 1890
Whereupon the Court imposed a fine of
Five dollars and Costs on Ferd Bayer for
being in default as a witness
Whereupon the Court adjourned until
Wednesday morning at Ten oclock
