       Theo G. Slade    }
                         And now the prisoner being in
       open Court for sentence was demanded if he
       had anything to say why sentence should
       not be passed upon him saith nothing
       Whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner to pay
       a fine of Twenty dollars together with the Cost
       of this prosecution.

       Whereupon the Court adjourned until Friday
       morning at Ten oclock

       And now Comes Samuel H. Wienges Sheriff of
       Alachua County and returns the Venire Facias
       for the 6th Week of this term as having been

       Mooney, J.M. Everett, A.J. Weeks, R.S. Bradley
       W.D. Cauthen Burrell Wiggins Tom Pyles
       Wm Mills C.W. Bauknight Thomas Price
       D.G. Harvard, J.A. Barry and Geo W. Blitch
       Whereupon the
                   Court for good Cause shown excused
       A.M. Mooney from attendance on the Court
