And now the prisoner being in
open Court for sentence was demanded if he
had anything to say why sentence should
not be passed upon him saith nothing
Whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner to pay
a fine of Twenty dollars together with the Cost
of this prosecution.
Whereupon the Court adjourned until Friday
morning at Ten oclock
