W. Jackson came into open Court and ann-
ounced to the Court that they could not agree
upon a verdict whereupon the Court ordered that
a mistrial be declared

                   And now this Cause is Contin-
ued the prisoner to give bond in the sum of one
thousand dollars.

                   And now this cause coming on to
be heard on a motion for a new trial whereupon
the motion was denied.

                  And now this Cause is Continued

Hercules Scriven }  and now this cause is continued under
former Bond Scire facias order revoked upon the pris-
oner paying all costs of rearrest.

dollars.
