Whereupon comes J.A. Carlisle the Clerk of this Court
and now in open Court issues the Venire
as by the order of the Court directed
Whereupon the Court adjourned until
Monday morning at nine oclock

And now on this day
this Cause came on to be further heard
William H. Wigg State Attorney prosecuting in
the name and by the authority of the State
of Florida and the prisoner Andrew J. Collins
being in open Court in his proper person as
well as by his attys C.L. Fildes S.Y. Finley &
Taylor & Carter as also like wise the Jury
who had been duly worn and empanelled in
this cause to wit:- F.D. Peterson J.M. Love
W.H. Holbrook, M.I. Jones J.M. Everett, Burrel
Wiggins Wm Mills D.G. Harvard J.A. Barry -
J.J. Dinkins W.P. Barr - R.T. Thomas being also
in open Court the hearing of this Cause
was resumed and the Jury aforesaid after
hearing a further part of the evidence
Whereupon Comes Samuel H. Wienges Sheriff
of Alachua County and returns the
Special Venire for the Petit Jury for this
the 7th week of this term as having been
duly executed by summoning T.E. Horn -
