      Whereupon the Court for good cause shown
      excused C.L. Slaughter, Luther Gracy J.A. Parish
      J.H. Saunders Houston Hale from further atten
      dance on this Court -

      Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
      morning at nine oclock

      The Court met this day His Honor J.J. Finley
      Judge presiding

      State of Florida } Wigg  Geo J. Arnow

      Andrew J. Collins} C.L. Fildes S.Y. Finley & Taylor & Carter
                              And now this cause came
      on to be further heard William H. Wigg State
      attorney prosecuting in the name and by the
      authority of the State of Florida and the
      Prisoner Andrew J. Collins being in open Court
      in his proper person as well as by his attorneys
      C.L. Fildes S.Y. Finley & Taylor & Carter as also
      like wise the Jury who had been duly Sworn
      and empaneled in this Cause to wit F.D. Peterson
      J.M. Love W.H. Holbrook M.I. Jones, J.M. Everett
      Burrel Wiggins Wm Mills D.G. Harvard J.A. Barry
      J.J. Dinkins W.P. Barr R.T. Thomas being also in
      open Court and the Jury aforesaid after hearing
      the balance of the evidence and a part of
      the argument of counsel -

      Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
