      Fall Term A.D. 1889 -
          Wednesday February 5th 1889
      The Court met this day His Honor J.J. Finley
      Judge presiding

      State of Florida } Wigg Geo J. Arnow
#29           vs       }  Murder
      Andrew J. Collins} Fildes Finly & Taylor & Carter
                              And now this cause came
      on to be further heard William H. Wigg State
      Attorney prosecuting in the name and by the
      authority of the State of Florida and the
      prisoner Andrew J. Collins being in open Court
      in his proper person as well as by his Attorney
      C.L. Fildes S.Y. Finly & Taylor & Carter as also likewise
      the Jury who had been duly Sworn and
      empanelled in this Cause to wit: F.D. Peterson
      J.M. Love W.H. Holbrook M.I. Jones J.M. Everett
      Burrell Wiggins Wm Mills - D.G. Harvard J.A. Barry
      J.J. Dinkins W.P. Barr R.T. Thomas being also
      in open Court the Jury aforesaid after hearing
      the balance of the argument of Counsel and
      the charge of the Court retired to consider of
      their Verdict and thereafter on the Same day
      returned into open Court and rendered the
      following Verdict to wit: We the Jury find
      the prisoner not guilty  J.H. Barry
                                  Foreman
      Whereupon the prisoner was discharged
      from Custody -

      State of Florida }  Wigg  T.F. King
#51            vs      }  Aggravated Assault
      Caroline Johnson }  Taylor & Carter
                           And now this cause came
      on to be heard and William H. Wigg State
      Attorney prosecuting in the name and by
      the authority of the State of Florida and the
      prisoner being in open Court in her proper
      person as well as by her attorneys Taylor & Carter
      and nor the prisoner being forthwith de-
      manded how she would acquit herself of the
      charge against her saith that she is not
      guilty as the Indictment alleges against her
      and that she puts herself upon God and the
      Country for trial Whereupon a Jury was Called
      and there came T.E. Horn M.T. Browning N.W.
