Thursday February 6th 1890
Comes the State by its attorney the prisoner having been
arraigned & plead and been put upon his trial and the
regular panel of the Jury Summoned to Serve during the
present Week of the Court having been exhausted
by Challenge and otherwise in the selecting of a Jury to
try the above cause and a full Jury to try said Cause
not being selected and moves the Court that Fifty
persons duly qualified to serve as Jurors be Summoned
by the Sheriff be required to be and appear on the
8th day of February A.D. 1890 at 11 A.M. oclock
