       Whereupon Comes J.C. Gardner County Judge Samuel
       H. Wienges Shff and J.A. Carlisle Clerk of the Circuit
       Court of Alachua County and in open Court
       draw from the Box Containing the list of
       Three hundred Selected Jurors the names of
       the following named (18) persons as by the order
       of the Court directed - to wit:-
       1 J.B. Butts 2 John Sweat 3 N.J. Barry Jr - 4 Jasper
       N. Wilson 5 Rueben May - 6 S.W. Lambert 7. Daniel
       Mott 8 Charney Thomas 9. T.J. Montgomery Jr.
       10 John Roberts 11- Wm Thomas 12. Frank Starke
       13 S.L. Hawthorn - 14 W.C. Dampier 15. Wm B. Lewis
       16 T.R. Pickett 17 Oscar Thigpen 18. Henry Willis

       Whereupon Comes J.A. Carlisle the Clerk of this
       Court and in open Court issues the Venire
       as by the order of the Court directed -

       Whereupon the Court adjourned until
       Monday Morning at nine oclock -

       Angus Morrison   }
                         And now the prisoner being
       in open Court for sentence was demanded
       if he had anything to say why sentence should
       not be passed upon him saith nothing
       Whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner to
       pay a fine of Twenty Five dollars together
       with the Costs of this Court -
