       Fall Term A.D. 1889
       Monday February 10th 1890 -
       in the name and by the authority of the State of
       Florida and the prisoner Dave Lewis being in open
       Court in his proper person as well as by his attorney
       C.L. Fildes as also likewise the Jury who had been
       duly sworn and empanelled herein to wit: T.E.
       Horn, H.L. Hilliard S.J. Collins Henry Thomas John
       Edwards John Simmons Charney Thomas Daniel
       Mott James Slater Daniel Chesser F.W. Caroway
       W.S. Jackson being in open Court the hearing of this
       Cause was resumed and the Jury aforesaid
       after hearing a part of the evidence

       Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
       at nine Oclock

       Fall Term  A.D. 1889
       Tuesday February 11th 1890
       The Court met this day His Honor J.J. Finley
       Judge presiding

       State of Florida }  Wigg  S.Y. Finley & Taylor & Carter
# 49           vs       }          Murder
       Dave Lewis       }  C.L. Fildes
                          And now on this day this
       Cause came on to be further heard and
       William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting in
       the name and by the authority of the State of
       Florida and the prisoner Dave Lewis being in
       open Court in his proper person as well as by
       his attorney Chas L. Fildes Esq and also likewise
       the Jury who had been duly Sworn and empan-
       elled in this Cause and who had heard a part
       of the evidence to wit: T.E. Horn H.L. Hilliard
       S.J. Collins Henry Thomas John Edwards John
       Simmons Charney Thomas Daniel Mott James
       Slater Daniel Chesser F.W. Caroway W.S. Jackson
       being also in open Court the hearing of this
       Cause was resumed and the Jury aforesaid
       after hearing a further part of the evidence

       Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
       morning at nine oclock
