      Judge presiding.

                         }  And now on this day this
      cause came on to be further heard and William
      H. Wigg State Attorney prosecuting in the name
      and by the authority of the State of Florida and
      the prisoner Dave Lewis being in open Court in
      his proper person as well as by his attorney
      Chas L. Fildes as also likewise the Jury who
      had been duly Sworn and empaneled herein
      and who had heard the testimony in this Cause
      to wit: T.E. Horn H.L. Hilliard, S.J. Collins Henry
      Thomas John Edwards John Simmons Charney
      Thomas Daniel Mott James Slater Daniel
      Chesser F.W. Caroway W.S. Jackson being also in
      open Court the hearing of this cause was resumed
      and the Jury aforesaid after hearing the argument
      of Counsel and the Charge of the Court retired
      to consider of their verdict =
