     State of Florida  }

     Charles E. Fildes } 
                       } And now on this day the prisoner
     being in open Court for Sentence was demanded
     if he had anything to say why sentence should
     not be passed upon him saith nothing whereupon
     the Court sentenced the prisoner to pay a fine
     of Ten dollars together with the Cost of this
     prosecution

     Frank E. Hughes  }  and now on this day the
     prisoner being in open Court for Sentence was 
     demanded if he had anything to say why 
     sentence should not be passed upon him 
     saith nothing whereupon the Court sentenced
