Spring Term A.D 1890
      Tuesday May 6th 1890
It appearing to the Court that no Grand or
Petit Jurors have been drawn and Summoned in
the manner provided by law for the Spring Term
of this Court AD 1890 It is therefore ordered
that the Clerk of the Circuit Court do issue
a Special Venire for Eighteen Grand Jurors -
to serve as this term directed to the Sheriff
of Alachua County Commanding him to Summon
from the Bystanders Eighteen (18) Qualified Grand
Jurors and also that the Clerk of the Circuit
Court do issue a Special Venire for Eighteen
(18) persons Qualified to Serve as Petit Jurors
for the first week of this term to be directed
to the Sheriff of the County Commanding him
to Summon from the Bystanders Eighteen (18)
persons Qualified Petit Jurors said Venire to
be returnable instanter    J.J. Finley
May 6 1890                      Judge

Whereupon the Clerk of this Court now in
open Court issues the Venires for both the
Grand & Petit Jurors as by the order of the
Court directed

Whereupon Comes Samuel C. Tucker Sheriff of
Alachua County and returns the Venire Facias
for the Grand Jury as having been executed by

N.E. Benson C.P. Whitmon D.C. Fink James Hague
G.H. Brown, John H. Blake - W.H. Stromon F.G. Bauk-

Burnett Jr. T.J. Musselwhite James H. Jarvis
R.T. Tillis
Whereupon
         The Court for good Cause shown excused
L.Q.C. Yampert D.C. Fink J.W. Burnett Jr
James H. Jarvis and R.T. Tillis from further
attendance on the Court

Whereupon the Court issued the following
