Spring Term A.D. 1890
Tuesday May 6th 1890
panel of the Grand Jury for the Spring Term
of our Circuit Court A.D. 1890. It is ordered that
the Clerk of this Court do issue a Venire Facias
directed to the Sheriff of the County Commanding
him from the Bystanders Four (4) Jurors quali-
fied to serve as Grand Jurors to be and appear before
the Judge our Circuit Court instanter to serve
as Grand Jurors for this term J.J. Finley
May 6th 1890 Judge
Whereupon the Clerk of this Court now issues
the Special Venire Facias for Four Grand Jurors
by the order of the Court directed
Whereupon
Comes Samuel C. Tucker Sheriff and
returns the Special Venire for Four Grand
Jurors as having been duly executed by
S. May T.V. Porter, G.M. Wienges W.H. Geiger
and O.D. Morris -
Whereupon the Grand Jury was Called and
there came William H. Geiger, William Trapp
S.P. Cox N.E. Benson, C.P. Whitmon, James Hague
G.H. Brown John H. Blake W.H. Stroman F.G. Bauknight
S.A. Fewell T.V. Porter G.M. Wienges, O.D. Morris
Whereupon the Grand Jurors retired to their
Room to select a Foreman
And now the Grand Jury Came into
open Court and answered to the Court
that they had selected William H.
Geiger as their Foreman.
Whereupon the following named Eighteen
good and lawful men were duly Sworn
and empanelled as Grand Jurors for this the Spring Term
of our Circuit Court to wit:
1 William H. Geiger Foreman,
2 William Trapp - 3 S.P. Cox 4 N.E. Benson
5. C.P. Whitmon - 6. James Hague 7- G.H. Brown
8. John H. Blake 9. W.H. Stroman 10. F.G. Bauknight
