The Court met this day pursuant to ad-
journment of yesterday His Honor J.J. Finley
Judge presiding
Whereupon the Grand Jury Came into
open Court under the charge of S.P.
Bevill who had been duly Sworn as
Bailiff to the Grand Jury and now the
Court having delivered His Charge to the
Grand Jury the Grand Jury retired to
their room.

} And now this Cause Came
on to be heard, Wm H. Wigg State atty prosecu-
ting in the name and by the authority of the
State of Florida and the prisoner appearing in
open Court in his proper person was de-
manded how he would acquit himself of the
Charge against him saith that he is
guilty as the Indictment alleges against
him

And now the prisoner
being in open Court for sentence was
demanded if he had any thing to say
why sentence should not be passed
upon him saith nothing whereupon the
Court sentenced the prisoner to pay a
fine of Five dollars together with
the Costs of the Court, which said
Fine & Cost being paid the prisoner
was discharged
