                       State witnesses
                      Fabian Thomas, Ward Thomas
                      B.P. Boulware, Wm Stephens
                          A True Bill
                          Baylis J. Earle
                                   Foreman
                          W.A. Hocker
                            State attorney
And No Bill in the case of the State of
Florida vs. John Feaster & Benjamin Boulware -
and State of Florida vs Benjamin Wade

Whereupon the Grand Jury having no further Business
before therein presented and had Read in open Court
their General presentment
Whereupon the Grand Jury was discharged from fur-
ther attendance on this term of the Court.

Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at nine Oclock
