Ex issued day this cause
came on to be heard and the parties plain-
tiffs and Defendants being in open Court
by their respective attorneys and the issued
being joined a Jury was called and there
came J.L. Crawford, J.W.N. Bear - M.M.
Malphurs, R.C. Bennett, J.W. Shackleford
George M. Colmon who were duly Sworn
and empanelled to well and truly try the
issues Joined and thereafter after hearing the
evidence the argument of Counsel and the
Charge of the Court retired to consider of
their verdict and thereafter on the Same
day returned into open Court and rendered
the following Verdict to wit: - We the
Jurors find for the Plaintiff $149 10/100

Whereupon it is ordered Considered and
adjudged by the Court that the Plain-
tiffs do have and recover of and from
the Defendant the sum of One hun-
dred and forty nine 10/100 Dollars ($149 10/100)
for their damages together with there
Costs in this behalf expended taxed
at Eleven 84/100 Dollars ($1184) and the
Defendant in mercy &c

this day Comes the Plaintiffs in this
Cause and takes a non suit herein
