} And now this Cause
Ex issued came on to be heard and the Defendants saying
nothing in bar or preclusion of the Plaintiffs right
to recover herein, It is therefore ordered Considered and
adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff do have
and recover of and from the Defendants the Sum
of One Hundred ($10000) Dollars together with their
Costs in this behalf expended taxed at Twenty
Eight 15/100 Dollars -

And now on this day this
Cause came on to be heard, and the parties plaint-
tiff and defendant being in open Court by their
respective attorneys and now the issues being joined
a Jury was called and there came J.N. Bone -
J.L. Crawford, R.C. Bennett, E.K. Fagan -
J.P. Bauknight and H.H. McCreary who were duly
sworn and empanelled to well and truly try the
issues joined -
Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at half past Eight Oclock -
