                    We the Jury find for the
plaintiff and assess his damages at One
hundred and Eighty Three 90/100 ($183 90/100)
dollars so say we all  H.H. McCreary
May 8th 1890           Foreman
Whereupon It is Considered ordered and
adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff
do have and recover of and from the Defendant
the sum of One hundred and Eighty Three
90/100 ($183 90/100) Dollars for his damages together
with his Costs in this behalf expended
taxed at Nine 86/100 Dollars and the
Defendant in mercy &c

State of Florida     }   Wigg
        vs           }  Having a weapon Concealed
Charles Venable      }  on and about his person
                     }  And now this cause
came on to be heard William H. Wigg State Atty
prosecuting in the name and by the authority 
of the State of Florida and the prisoner appearing
in open Court in his proper person was de-
manded how he would acquit himself of the
Charge against him saith that he is guilty as
the Indictment alleges against him

Charles Venable    }  
                    And now the prisoner being in
open Court for Sentence was demanded if he
had anything to say why sentence should not be
passed upon him saith nothing Whereupon
the Court sentenced the prisoner to pay a fine
of Five dollars together with the Costs of the
Court
