The Grand Jury came into open Court
and presented No Bill in the case of the

Ex issued } And now on this day
this Cause Came on to be heard and the
parties plaintiff and Defendants being in open
Court by their respective attorneys and the
issues being joined a Jury was called and
then Came J.W. Shackleford Geo M. Coleman
William Bradford W.B. Riviere, J.W.N. Beard
J.R. Tompkins -- who were duly sworn and em-
panelled to well and truly try the issues joined and
thereafter after hearing the evidence and the
charges of the Court rendered the following
Verdict to wit: We the Jury find for the
Plaintiff and assess his damages at one
hundred and thirty nine 70/100 ($139. 70/100 Dollars
so say we all Geo M. Coleman
May 8th 1890 } Foreman
Whereupon it is Considered and
ord adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff
do have and receive of and from the Defendants
the sum of one hundred and thirty nine 70/100
($139 70/100) Dollars for their damages together
with their costs in this behalf expended taxed
at thirty one 77/100 Dollars and the Defendants
in Mercy &c
