     S.J. Burnett                } And now on this day
                                 } this Cause Came
     on to be heard and the parties plaintiff and
     defendant being in open Court by their res-
     pective attorneys.  and now on motion of the states
     attorney the pleas filed by the defendants
     herein is stricken and the defendants saying
     nothing further in bar or preclusion of the
     plaintiffs right to recover herein, It is moved
     considered and adjudged by the Court that the
     Plaintiff do have and recover of and from the
     Defendants the sum of Five hundred dollars
     together with her costs in this behalf expended 
     taxed at Twenty nine 75/100 Dollars.
