Whereupon
Comes J.C. Gardner County Judge, B.F.
Dawkins a duly Sworn deputy Sheriff and J.A.
Carlisle Clerk of the Circuit of Alachua County
and in open Court drew from the Box Containing the
list of the names of Three hundred selected Jurors the
following named Eighteen (18) persons to wit
F.F. Easterlin John Q. Harrell - B.W. Waits L.M. Bell
T.R. Kennedy, W.L. Bennett, John Smith M.G. Scott
Wm Noyes, T.A. Carroll - Jas H. Sanders, J.J. McKinney
C.P. Richardson, J.O. Tison - W.H. Jones Hamp
Peterson - H.C. Crawford B.F. Kennedy -
And
Now comes J.A. Carlisle the Clerk of this
Court and in open Court issues the Venire
Facias as by the order of the Court directed
Whereupon the Court adjourned until
Tuesday morning next at ten oclock

Alachua County and returns the Venire Facias
for the Petit Jury for this the 2nd week of this
term as having been duly executed by sum-

W.L. Bennett, M.G. Scott Wm Noyes, James H. Sanders
J.O. Tison W.H. Jones Hamp Peterson -H.C. Crawford

John Q. Harrell John Smith and C.P. Richardson
are not to be found in the County -

The Court for good cause shown excused
