    Spring Term A.D. 1890
        Tuesday May 13th 1890
    Whereupon the Court adjourned until
    tomorrow morning at nine oclock

    Spring Term  A.D. 1890
    Wednesday May 14th 1890
        The Court met this day pursuant to
    adjournment of yesterday His Honor J.J. Finley
    Judge presiding

    State of Florida }  Wigg
            vs       }  Fraudulently marking an
    Samuel Hathcock  }  unmarked animal with
                     }  intent to claim the same
                     }  S.Y. Finley
                        And now on this day
    this Cause came on to be heard on a Plea
    in abatement and after argument had
    thereon and the testimony taken in said cause
    the Court took said Cause under advisement

    Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
    morning at nine oclock

       Thursday May 15th 1890
    The Court met this day pursuant to ad-
    journment of yesterday His Honor J.J. Finley
    Judge Presiding -
 
    State of Florida }  Wigg
# 1        vs        }     Fraudulently marking
    Saml Hathcock    }  unmarked animal with
                     }  intent to claim the Same
                        And now on this day
    this Cause came on to be further heard -
    and the Court being advised of his opinion
    doth decide and order that the first plea
    in abatement be sustained and that the
    List of 300 selected Jurors for the year 1889
    be quashed - and that all the other
    pleas be overruled as being had
